TYGA adds TYGA Chapter events to schedule
The Tarheel Youth Golf Association (TYGA) is proud to announce the addidtion of the Triad Chapter events to the TYGA Schedule. All Triad Chapter events can be found on the TYGA Schedule.
The TYGA Chapter will promote and support junior golf at the local level. TYGA, a division of the Carolinas Golf Association has agreed to form the TYGA Triad Chapter. TYGA will oversee the Chapter and Precision Golf School will run the day-to-day operations of the chapter.
The mission of the TYGA Triad Chapter is to administer and produce events for junior golfers at a local, developmental level. The goal is to expand the overall growth of junior golf in the Triad. The Chapter will administer 12 events in 2016 and hold off-course experiences. These experiences, held on non-event days, will provide juniors the ability to learn more about topics such as rules, college golf, fitness and the golf industry.
